Solve FSHD, a mission-driven organization founded by entrepreneur Chip Wilson, selected PR Associates to provide strategic public relations to support the organizations’ launch.

Client Objectives

The objective of the strategic PR campaign was to garner international media attention and encourage qualified research funding applicants for Chip Wilson’s commitment of US$100 million to find a cure for FSHD by December 2027.

PR Associates initiated the project by establishing Solve FSHD’s public relations objectives to ensure they aligned with their business and marketing plans. We built a public and media relations strategy to position Solve FSHD and garner international media coverage for the organization. PR Associates developed a strategic media relations plan, executed the tactics, planned and held a hybrid (in-person and virtual) press conference, and pitched and coordinated all media interviews and requests.
